Gabriela Schermer, M.A., LMHC, LPC, CCTP

Therapy with me is gentle, collaborative, and intentionally paced. While insight is valuable, lasting change happens when the body is included in the healing process.
Using EMDR, IFS, and somatic approaches, we move beyond talking about your experiences and into processing them at a nervous system level. Together we slow down, listen to what is held beneath the surface, and create space for regulation, release, and real, felt transformation.
Rooted in a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens, this work supports you in coming back to yourself with clarity, connection, and compassion.
