Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to honor your nervous system. While understanding your experiences is important, healing doesn't happen through insight alone. Lasting change comes when your body has the opportunity to process what your mind has been carrying.

 

I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy to help you move beyond simply talking about your experiences. Together, we'll gently explore the patterns that have helped you survive, work with the parts of you that need care, and create space for your nervous system to process what has remained unresolved.

 

My approach is rooted in trauma-informed and attachment-focused care, creating a space where healing feels safe, meaningful, and lasting. The goal isn't to become someone different. It's to help you reconnect with the version of yourself that has been there all along, beneath the weight of what you've been carrying.
